Marketing 3312 - Marketing Paper

 

Every student is required to complete a marketing project.  The paper is to be submitted NLT the 10th class meeting February 2, 2009 .  Failure to submit on February 2, 2009 will result in an automatic “F” for the paper grade.  Below is the pertinent information.

 

I.                   Scenario – You are a marketing assistant for a major corporation.  A new marketing manager has been assigned to your department.  The supervisor has no background in your industry.  You have been asked to assemble a marketing report that discusses both your company and the industry.  The company may or may not be based in San Antonio but the area to be researched is for locations only in the San Antonio area.

 

II.                Content -  Headers/Topics

d.      Background or history of company

e.       Individual discussion of the 4 P’s (Product, Price, Place, Promotion)          

Please use separate headers for the four P’s.

h.      Different types of advertising

i.        Recommendations

      3 – 5 recommendations

           

III.             Resources – Please include in the report your resources and place them in the appendix.
